At MONC XIII, we take pride in the curated selection of our home collection and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If a piece does not meet your expectations, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery for store credit or refund, excluding shipping costs.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your items in their original designer packaging and shipping box to ensure the integrity of the product during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or arrange for a tracked, insured shipping service to return the parcel to our showroom location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Credit

  Once our specialists have inspected the item and confirmed it is in original, unused condition, we will issue your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
